Tropical Storm Cindy made landfall before sunrise Thursday morning in southwestern Louisiana (just east of Sabine Pass). Parts of the Gulf coast saw 5 to 12 inches of rain! But all DFW saw was an increase in cloud cover.Friday will feature much more sun, and higher temperatures.
