Saints Coach Sean Payton Leases Mark Teixeira's Dallas Home

In January 2008, former Texas Rangers first baseman Mark Teixeira put his suburban Dallas-area home on the market for $5,750,000 after signing a $180 million contract with the New York Yankees. Three years later, the home in the affluent neighborhood of Vaquero is being occupied by New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton and his family. Payton is leasing Teixeira's home and tells the The Times-Picayune that it will be a "commuting" situation for him during the season, as his family will reside there full time.
