Clouds Remain After Wet, Chilly Wednesday

Wet and cold weather moved into North Texas Wednesday along with much colder temperatures.

In addition to the chill, widespread rain arrived Wednesday morning. The showers continued to shift south of the Dallas-Fort Worth area into Central Texas through the day, before tapering off in North Texas in the afternoon.

The clouds and some drizzle will remain Thursday afternoon and into the evening.

Temperatures will be below normal for this time of the year through Friday. A warming trend sets in this weekend with highs around 70 by Sunday.

Next week will feature abundant sunshine with above normal temperatures with highs in the mid-70s.
