Woman Crushed to Death By Recycled Material at Fort Worth Warehouse: Police

A 31-year-old woman was crushed to death by a bale of recycled material at a facility in Fort Worth early Thursday morning, fire officials said. She was identified as Renisha Mitchell of Fort Worth, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.
