TWC Tries to Recoup Unemployment After 46,000 People Were ‘Overpaid'

According to the Texas Workforce Commission, more than $32 million was overpaid since March due largely to mistakes made by claimants during their application process or their former employers, NBC 5’s Jack Highberger reports.
