Community gathers at Allen mall shooting memorial

It’s been exactly one year since the Allen Premium Outlet shooting. Eight lives were taken that day, and so many others affected by the tragedy. A permanent memorial was unveiled on Monday, and the community gathered for a remembrance service. NBC 5’s Candace Sweat has more.
