South Texas Coastal Cities Prepare for Hurricane Harvey

Corpus Christi is near the projected landfall for Hurricane Harvey, and officials there have ordered voluntary evacuations. In several nearby communities the evacuation orders are now mandatory. NBC 5’s Kris Gutierrez reports from the impact zone.
