Parents speak as Arlington students return to school after shooting

Students at Bowie High School in Arlington returned to class Monday after what police describe as an on-campus murder. A 17-year-old is still in jail after police claim he shot and killed his classmate Wednesday. NBC 5’s Phil Prazan spoke to parents outside campus Monday morning.
