Raw Video: Balch Springs Chase Dashcam

Balch Springs police released the dashcam from Tuesday night’s chase that shows Noah Timmons firing at police while refusing to stop and then later crashing into a highway barrier wall. Authorities said Timmons died of self-inflicted gunshot wound.
