No charges will be filed after a fetus was found inside a girls' bathroom at a Dallas high school, and the police investigation is over.
Dallas police have spoken with all parties involved and determined that a girl or a woman miscarried and that no criminal offense took place, police told NBC 5 in an email.
Police said Friday that a staff member had made the discovery at Woodrow Wilson High School and that responding medical authorities determined the remains to be a human fetus.
