New Routes, Old Troubles for DART Riders

After years of complaints from city leaders and passengers about delays for riders trying to get to jobs, Dallas Area Rapid Transit rolled out changes to bus routes Monday. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff reports a short trip still took a long time with the new routes.
