Dog Owner Marian Harris Testifies Before Vet Board

Marian Harris, owner of Sid, the dog rescued from Dr. Lou Tierce’s Camp Bowie Animal Clinic, read a statement before the Texas State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners Tuesday. Harris was hoping Tierce’s license would be revoked, instead his license has been suspended for five years.
