The oldest Crime Stoppers case in Plano may finally get taken off the list.
David Martin Ruiz, 35, has been on the city's wanted list since a warrant for his arrest was issued in May 2008 for a fatal stabbing. At the time of the warrant, he was considered armed and dangerous.
