Dallas Mayor Announces Committee to Investigate Why Officer Was Allowed to Remain on Duty

On Monday Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson sent out a memo announcing the creation of an ad hoc committee to investigate why Officer Bryan Riser was allowed to remain on patrol while considered a “person of interest” in two murder investigations.
