Dallas County Investigates 17 Deaths Possibly Related to Winter Storm

The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office is investigating whether 17 deaths across the county were related to the winter storm that plunged Texas into a deep freeze for about a week. As NBC 5’s Maria Guerrero reports even before the storm arrived, at least one death related to suspected carbon monoxide poisoning was reported.
