North Texas Teen Holding Canned Food Drive Sunday For Eagle Scout Project

Boy Scout Jack Kisthardt, 16, is organizing a canned food drive benefiting the Wylie Community Christian Care Center for his Eagle Scout project. The center serves families in North Texas but its current stockpile is low because of the pandemic. The food drive will be held Sunday, Aug. 23, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Wylie.
