NBC 5 Forecast: Tropical Storm Beta Brings Rain to North Texas This Week

Outer bands of rain from Tropical Storm Beta (off the Texas coast) will surge up into North Texas. Of course, the most widespread rain will remain across south and southeast Texas, but North Texas will at least see scattered showers over the next 24-36 hours.
