NBC 5 Forecast: Severe Flooding in Southeast Texas

The rain from Tropical Storm Harvey has finally ended in Houston. It will take a long time for the water to recede though. Many locations have seen 35 to 45 inches of rain. There have been a few unofficial reports close to 50 inches of rain.
