NBC 5 Forecast: Unseasonably Hot and Humid

It may still be the middle of spring, but it’s now looking like summer with sunshine and heat coming our way. In fact, a legitimate heat wave is coming with highs reaching the mid 90s. The record high for DFW on Sunday (95 degrees) may be tied or even broken. The humidity will also be high with a heat index climbing to near 100. Since this is the first real taste of summer, make sure not to overdo it outdoors this week, and stay hydrated.
