NBC 5 Forecast: Hot as August Winds Down

The hot and dry weather pattern will hold on through the end of August and the first couple days of September before we get a bit of a break. Thursday will start with a mostly sunny sky before scattered clouds develop in the afternoon. Our next decent rain chance will be Labor Day Monday and Tuesday. Even then, there will only be widely scattered showers and storms. Temperatures will come down a little bit early next week as well.
