Crooks Fleece “Computers for Learning” Program

The “Computers for Learning” program takes unused, excess computers from government buildings and sends them, free of charge, to public schools and non-profits nationwide. But as NBC Washington reporter Scott MacFarlane learned, crooks are fleecing the program pretending to represent educational organizations.
