Jade Carey Takes Home Her First Olympic Medal and USA Gymnastics Announces Simone Biles' Return to the Games: Tokyo Olympics Day 10 in Pictures

Day 10 of the Olympics was a big day for gymnastics and track & field. Jade Carey took home a gold medal in the Women's Floor Exercise Final and USA Gymnastics announced Simone Biles' return to gymnastics with her intention to compete in the Balance Beam.

Valarie Allman also won gold in the Women's Discus Final and was the first American woman to medal in the event since Stephanie Brown-Trafton won gold at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Sandi Morris' participation in the Olympics was cut short after her pole broke while vaulting. Morris was left injured and forced to withdraw.
