Dallas Mavericks Prepare to Retire Nowitzki's Jersey

“The Goat” — Number 41 — Dirk Nowitzki has his jersey put into the rafters at the American Airlines Center in a retirement ceremony that has been anticipated for years. As part of the festivities, the Mavericks have also put together displays of memorabilia from some of Dirk’s greatest moments as a Mavs superstar for fans to see up close.
