Voters Report Long Wait Times Early, Shortening by Day's End

There were reports of long lines in North Texas early Tuesday — the first day of early voting. By evening, there’d been a shift at some polling sites. Waits that snaked around the building were just 40 minutes to an hour-long in some places.
