Republicans Call for Democrats to Repay Stipend During Special Session Standoff

Day three of a Special Session standoff continues as Texas House Democats stay away from Austin in an effort to stall a controversial voting bill. In Austin, Republicans are pointing to all the work that isn’t getting done. NBC 5’s Scott Gordon reports some Republicans are demanding Democrats repay the $221 daily stipend they get.
