Civil Warrants Issued in Hopes of Compelling Democrats to Return to Capitol for Special Session

Republican House Speaker Dade Phelan said Friday that copies of civil warrants are now being delivered to the homes of more than 50 Democrats who have refused to return to the Capitol since July in an effort to block new voting restrictions.NBC 5’s Scott Gordon reports the goal is only to get them back to the state capitol for the special session.
