North Texas Lawmakers Look Forward to President Trump's State of the Union Address

President Donald Trump will deliver the annual State of the Union address Tuesday night. NBC 5’s Julie Fine traveled to Washington D.C., to talk with Texas lawmakers about their expectations for the president’s speech.
