What to know about candidates for House District 2 in Texas

Tuesday, Nov. 7, is Election Day in Texas, and on the ballot is a special election for House District 2, a solidly red seat covering three counties east of Dallas. The candidates include Republicans Jill Dutton, Brent Money, Heath Hyde, Doug Roszhart, and Krista Schild. And there is just one Democrat running, Kirsten Washington.
