Judge rules Texas AG Ken Paxton must sit for deposition

Attorney General Ken Paxton has called the judge overseeing his civil trial “shockingly biased.” The comment came after she ruled Paxton must sit for a deposition and answer questions under oath about why he fired top staffers after they reported him to the FBI.
