Dewhurst, Cruz Move on to Runoff

Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst and Ted Cruz will face each other in July in a runoff for the Republican nomination to the U.S. Senate. Former Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert, who finished third, conceded his race for the seat, which is being vacated by retiring Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison.
