Small Businesses Frustrated by Paycheck Protection Program

Frustration in the small businesses community has been building after reports that a substantial part of the $350 billion dollar Paycheck Protection Program went to businesses that were not small and not in need of help. The program ran out of money last week, leaving many North Texas businesses without a cent.
