Scientists: Global Warming May Threaten the Giant Alpine Spider

A species of spider found in the French and Italian Alps may be struggling to survive because of global warming, according to a group of scientists. The giant alpine spider, also known as a wolf Spider, lives in rocky outcrops at an altitude between 8,500 and 8,900 feet, but scientists say they have been heading to higher altitudes in search of a cooler climate.
