Explosions Rock Flooded Texas Chemical Plant

Explosions and smoke rocked a chemical plant early Thursday morning in Crosby, Texas. Arkema, which owns the plant used to produce organic chemicals, said a loss of power to the plant caused volatile chemicals to heat and explode.
