Christine Quinn’s estranged husband Christian Dumontet has been formally charged after an alleged domestic violence incident at the family’s home in March. Christian faces three misdemeanors: child abuse/endangerment against his and Christine’s 2-year-old son, assault, and violating a protective order, Access Hollywood has learned.
