Yearlong construction roadblock begins on busy Dallas thoroughfare

DART’s 27-mile silver line between Plano and DFW airport will open late next year. The closure is Hillcrest Road south of McCallum Boulevard where an underpass will be built. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff reports there are many neighbors concerned.
