Wild chase through four cities ends with one man rescued and another arrested

A wild chase that began in Fort Worth ended in Dallas with the rescue of a man who said he was kidnapped. Police say the victim called 911 from the back of his van that had been stolen. NBC 5’s Tahera Rahman reports on what happened next.
