Update: When Will the Rain Come to an End?

It is officially the wettest fall on record. We are also only half way through the month of October and it is already the second wettest on record. A persistent weather pattern has caused rain every day since last Friday. The big question is, when does it end? Meteorologist Samantha Davies has that answer.
