Senator Royce West Talks Marijuana Laws

During a taping of Lone Star Politics, Senator Royce West talked marijuana laws. He says if the state decided to decriminalize it, the money should be used for additional funding for education and property taxes. West says he will consider proposing a bill to get that on the ballot, but will consult with his senate colleagues first.
