Garland considers rezoning for mixed-use development along I-635

Garland is looking to rezone 317 acres just north of I-635 to build a mixed-use development larger than Plano’s Legacy West. The plan came as a shock to residents. NBC 5’s Maria Guerrero reports on what the city says the rezoning could do for Garland.
