Tonya Couch to Appear in Court

Loretta Powers, a defense attorney, joined NBC DFW to comment on the case of Tonya Couch. Couch will soon appear in court for the first time since she was indicted on criminal charges connected to Ethan’s escape to Mexico. Couch postponed a court appearance that was originally set for Monday.
