Texas Sen. Roland Gutierrez Addresses Special Committees, 911 Calls During Massacre

During a briefing in Uvalde Thursday, Texas Sen. Roland Gutierrez (D-District 19) says Uvalde CISD Chief of Police Pete Arredondo wasn’t getting 911 calls during last week’s massacre that killed 19 children and two teachers. Gutierrez also addressed the governor’s plans to create special committees to investigate mass shootings instead of calling a special session to tackle gun reform.
