Historic Abilene Hospital Goes Up in Flames

After hours of fighting the fire, the Abilene Fire Department contained the flames that almost destroyed a “local landmark”. As the neighbors down the street of the old Saint Ann Hospital watched it burn, all they could think about is the history behind the building. Though the cause to the fire is still unknown, neighbors are hoping to see improvements to the now charred building.
