A Look Inside the Largest Refugee Hospitality Center in the Nation

The Annunciation House in El Paso is the largest refugee hospitality center in the nation. It’s a shelter run by volunteers that has been in El Paso for almost half a century, but three years ago it turned its focus from local teenagers at risk, to helping the migrant community. The people who come to the house are migrants, mainly from Central America, who arrived at the Texas border, turned themselves in and requested asylum. Telemundo 39’s Norma Garcia reports.
