Texas Lottery bans third-party apps from selling tickets after scrutiny from lawmakers

The Texas Lottery says that online gaming services aren’t allowed under state law and will move forward with new rules to prohibit them. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has also opened an investigation into two wins. NBC 5’s Phil Prazan has the details on this developing story.
