Texas judge grants pregnant woman permission to get an abortion despite state's ban

A Texas judge gave granted permission to a Dallas area pregnant woman to get an abortion. An emergency lawsuit was filled for Kate Cox due to a fatal diagnosis of the fetus and dangerous complications to the mother. NBC 5’s Sophia Beausoleil reports this directly challenges the state’s abortion ban which went into effect after Roe v. Wade was over-turned last year.
