Texas Dog in ‘World's Cutest Rescue Dog' Contest

A dog from the Houston area is in the running for the world’s cutest rescue dog. Rex was just a puppy when he was left at a high-kill shelter in Harris County. He was born with severely underdeveloped front legs. He was eventually taken in by a woman from Wisconsin. Just for fun — she entered Rex into People Magazine’s “World’s Cutest Rescue Dog” competition. Now, Rex is in the top 10!
