TDMN: STD Spike, Scooters Face Dallas County's New Health Director

Dallas County leaders have chosen a longtime Austin official to take over the health department. Dr. Philip Huang, the medical director of Austin Public Health, will replace Zachary Thompson, the former Dallas County Director who was fired a year ago after sexual harassment allegations.
