Tarrant County residents say trains blocking neighborhoods continues

Homeowners in the Vista Ranch neighborhood say Union Pacific trains continue to block the railroad crossing for hours, meaning they can’t come and go. NBC 5’s Alicia Barrera first reported on the issue two weeks ago and found the problems continue.
