Surveillance Video Shows Prisma Peralta Reyes' Last Moments

In 2019 Mesquite police released surveillance video showing the last movements of Mesquite mother Prisma Peralta Reyes who went missing from Old East Dallas April 17, 2019. Video shows Reyes at E Bar Tex Mex restaurant on North Haskell Avenue and then pacing outside an elevator in the garage of the Olympus at Ross apartments along Ross Avenue.
