Student Flashes Genitals in Yearbook Photo

At first glance, it looks like a typical varsity football yearbook photo: Mesa, Arizona’s Red Mountain High School players posing side-by-side with senior Hunter Osborn blending in with the crowd. That is, until the school released the yearbooks to students, who noticed something school staff and yearbook editors had apparently hadn’t: Osborn was exposing himself. Court documents state that Osborn “exposed his penis through the top of his waistband of his football uniform.” Once school leaders found out, they notified Mesa Police and Osborn was charged with one count of furnishing harmful items to minors — which is a felony — and 69 counts of indecent exposure, one for every person who was there when the picture was taken. A total of 250 pre-order yearbooks went out before anyone caught the photo. The picture is also in a football program that was sold at games.
